What is Screenprint Separator?
Screenprint Separator has been the T-Shirt Industry standard Separation Software for more than a decade. Designed to work within Adobe Photoshop, and export to vector programs like Adobe Illustrator and Corel Draw, Screenprint Separator allows for fully Photographic Separations, via 9 different types of Separation. By eliminating Half Tones, and replacing them with our signature Square Dots, SPS will produce far greater detail in your prints.

The Above Video is a demonstration of SPS. The Paper sheet is a proof of the Design, printed on an inkjet printer. It is moved to display the final screenprinted fabric, which is virtually indistinguishable.
SPS is the fastest and easiest way to separate complex images for Screen printing on White, Dark or Colored garments. There are automatic push button routines as well as custom spot color separations and process color. You can simply pick the colors right from the image, and the image redraws in just those colors that will be printed. The file is then exported to Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw in just seconds, where each custom color has it's own layer and can be printed as
postscript separations. SPS is the only postscript plugin for screen printing and it lets you combine vector and raster in one file. You type comes out in pure sharp vector unlike the pixelated and Half toned type produced by Fast Films.
SPS files print with no Moire - no dot gain - no color shifts and at double the resolution of a halftone separation. The files can also be color proofed on paper with 100 percent accuracy, so that there are no surprises when you set up on press. The print order is printed on each film and the colors are matched from a color bar that is automatically printed on the color proof.
In addition, the entire process is covered in the extensive manual provided with the software. We offer Free Unlimited Tech Support for our customers, via both phone and email.
Step 1.
To Begin, you simply pick the colors right from the image.
Step 2.
The image redraws in just those colors that will be printed.
Step 3.
The file is then exported to Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw in seconds. In this stage, you may add your Text or Line Art, allowing the combination of both Vector and Raster graphics. Each custom color you have chosen in Step 1 has it's own layer, and can now be printed as Postscript Separations.
